Wave Curtains vs Traditional Pleated Curtains
Two heading styles, two very different looks. Which one fits your room, ceiling and budget.

How they differ
A traditional pinch-pleat curtain gathers fabric into fixed pleats at the top and usually hangs from a rod or a visible rail. A wave curtain runs on a concealed track with corded gliders that hold a continuous S-fold from top to bottom. The pleat looks classic and decorative; the wave looks architectural and quiet.
Where each one wins
Choose wave for modern interiors, tall ceilings, ceiling-recessed tracks and rooms where you want the window to disappear into the wall. Choose pinch pleat for a formal majlis, heavier decorative fabrics, rod-and-finial detailing, and where a pelmet is part of the design.
Practically, wave needs a proper track and correct fullness to look right — a cheap wave installation looks worse than a well-made pleat. Pleats are more forgiving of imperfect windows.
